Who needs to read the Nurture to Health eBook?
“You have a body and you are in charge of what you put into your body and how you take care of your body, every day.”
Reality check!!! Is your body at optimum health? How would you know?
Sometimes simple symptoms like bloating and period pain suggest you’re not in optimum health but often the solutions seem so out of reach that we push them to the back of our priority list.
Irregular periods
Period pain
Bloating
IBS
Acne
Infertility
Insomnia
Low energy
Low libido
Erectile dysfunction problems
These symptoms whisper to us but until we are seriously ill – they can go ignored.
Our body tries to tell us but often we ignore the signs until the body screams and shouts to be heard.
Maybe you have gone to your GP for advice and they have told you your symptoms are ‘normal’, or the opposite end of the scale where they’ve jumped to prescribing medication, which can be useful for managing symptoms but has getting your body to optimum health been considered or planned for?
It can really knock your confidence and leave you feeling very out of control of your own health and your future.
Then you look for possible solutions and here you are!

Covid 19 has taught us that simple things are the most effective. It’s not that we didn’t wash our hands before – we just didn’t allow the soap to be on our skin for long enough. Knowing that those 20 seconds are what we need to effectively disinfect our hands is mind-blowingly invaluable. And yet – so simple!!
Light bulbs will go off as you read this eBook.
And you will have the confidence to incorporate these incredibly simple tips so they will become second nature and you won’t even notice you’re doing them.
Good health shouldn’t cost a lot of money.
The wellness industry, while good intentioned, is a profit-driven industry that dangles carrots of expensive supplements, tools and programmes – and there is no magic wand that can magic good health!
We have been programmed to think that accumulating lots of ‘things’ will be the solution, when in reality we have the ability to make small changes ourselves that cost next to nothing.
I am always being asked – what should I take for XXX? Instead of thinking – what drug/supplement should I take for ‘insert ailment here’ think, what does my body need me do to support it better? What does my body need me to stop doing?
The term ‘baby steps’ also applies to health. Small things all add up.
